Air source heat pumps standard on Barratt new builds. Standard carpet and thick underlay can restrict heat transfer and void your underfloor heating manufacturer warranty. This is one of the most common and costly mistakes new-build owners make.
We only supply and fit products with a combined tog rating of 1.5 or below — the maximum recommended for UFH systems. Every product we recommend for Platinum Place is fully UFH-compatible.
